Charles Chadwick's Diary by Oscar

I woke with the sound of a key in a lock as the guards came in. My heart started beating faster and faster but for my surprise he snatched my notebook from my clutch with his wrinkly, huge hands (but he didn’t realise had a scrap of paper left in my ragged clothes). I pondered every inch of my cell and by 9 o’clock I had memorised the facilities which were dusty, dull, dark and boring.
