New pattern for children and families on Sunday
Looking for a fun way of exploring church with your family?
Want to meet up with friends on Sunday mornings?
Come and meet our Children and Families team. We have a brilliant new pattern of services for children and families on Sundays at All Saints.
Every Sunday there is Lively Church at 9.15, taking place in the Old School next to the church.
From 9.00 there is a great breakfast for children and their grown-ups. It is free, though donations towards the cost are always welcome. Juice, tea, coffee, hot chocolate. Cereals, toast and spreads. Fruit.
All are welcome. Just turn up – it is for families – children, parents, grandparents, aunties and uncles, next-door neighbours! Family Breakfast Church itself is geared to those families with young children from about 3-7, though there is plenty for all ages to do. Crafts, games, a story, often with a video, at least one lively song and a short prayer. We follow the same readings as the other Sunday services, but with stories told very simply. Finish by 10.00am. All up and running now!
