December News 2025

As we enter such an exciting time of the year, there's lots happening in school

Just a few reminders and notifications from us at this busy time of the year.

Firstly, Thursday 4th December is last day to bring any ‘tagged presents’ back as part of the 'Giving Tree' project. There is still time to pick up a tag from our tree in school reception and to return it with a gift. Thank you so much to everyone who has done this so far, there is an amazing pile of gifts under and around the tree.

Attached is a flyer from Lincolnshire's Stay Safe Partnership for a Microsoft Teams event this coming Wednesday 3rd December at 6.00pm entitled Discover the Digital World Your Child is Navigating! It offers you the opportunity to:

✅ Understand what your child experiences online
✅ Use parental controls effectively
✅ Navigate age-appropriate apps, games, and social media
✅ Ask your burning questions about online trends and risks

If this is of interest to you, please sign up via the QR code on the flyer or through this link: https://www.tickettailor.com/events/staysafepartnership/1929114

Don't forget, this coming Friday 5th December sees our annual PTA Christmas Fayre between 5pm and 7pm. It's shaping up to be an amazing evening with lots of great stalls, refreshments and raffle prizes (and much, much more). Please send in all sold raffle tickets and money by Friday morning, also do return any unsold tickets.

We appear to have a lot of lost property again - five bin bags full including winter coats, shoes and PE kits. We will be sending all items that are not named or reclaimed to the clothes bank on Friday, so please get the children to check in with Mrs Barbosa who is holding on to the items in her room. To make this easier, here is a video of all of our unnamed items, recognise anything?
