End of Term News - December 2025
What an amazing December in school!
What a wonderful end of term we have had at Nettleham Church of England Aided Junior School.
- Our PTA Christmas Fayre was just wonderful raising a record amount and spreading the season's joy far and wide
- Our Year 3 performances of 'Panto Pandemonium' blew us all away with the children's talent and professionalism
- Our School Choir were stars of the show at the Alive Christmas Spectacular
- Our Year 6 pupils entertained and brought great happiness to a packed village hall at Buddies Dementia Cafe
- Our school carol service was wonderful - traditional carols with a real brass band and some prize dramatic performances from our staff team
- Our pupils had a brilliant party day
- Our school Chrismon service in church brought us together beautifully in a festival of song and reflection
We could go on, you can guess how much we love celebrating and really focussing on the real meaning of Christmas.
We will be taking our Christmas tree down, sadly, tomorrow. It is a beautiful 10-foot 'non drop' Fraser Fir tree, which could be cut down to fit a smaller room. If you want it, it's yours, and will be waiting in the school car park for the first taker. Just let us know your interest.
One final reminder - School closes for the Christmas holiday on 19th December 2025 at 3pm and reopens on Tuesday 6th January 2026 at 8.45am.
We sincerely wish you a break full of joy, love, hope and peace.
