Swimming Competition - Year 5 and 6 Only

We have been offered the exciting opportunity of taking part in a swimming competition on Friday 13th February 2026 at Yarborough Leisure Centre.

For the event we need:
1) One freestyle team of 4 girls
2) One freestyle team of 4 boys
3) One mixed stroke team of 4 girls
4) One mixed stroke team of 4 boys

To be considered pupils will need to be able to swim 25m competitively using a recognised stroke (backstroke, butterfly, breaststroke or front crawl) and be in Years 5 or 6.

As I will not have the opportunity to observe all the children swimming beforehand to assess their ability and select the team, I would be grateful if you could provide me with the following information if your child would like to participate by Monday 16th January at the latest:
